Applicable to 10-500v voltage level of charge and discharge test of iron lithium battery box / module
1、Main Application
IBCE-5050TL can rapidly assess the capacity of lithium battery packs/modules, reducing the workload of capacity verification. It is capable of conducting discharge tests on various types of lithium battery packs/modules.
With operation through a high-definition touchscreen and user-friendly UI design, operators and managers can easily and scientifically maintain and manage the batteries, thereby extending the battery service lifespan.
2、Features
l It has the functions of capacity analysis and supports discharging in constant current mode, which can meet the verification discharge requirements of the whole lithium battery pack/module.
l It has a complete deep discharge function, which can meet continuous discharge at rated current for more than 10 hours, and accurately measure the capacity of the lithium-ion battery pack/module.
l It is equipped with a parameter presetting function so that users only need to select the corresponding battery type to start testing.
l It adopts single-phase (220Vac/110Vac) and three-phase (380Vac) AC power supply methods.
l It supports custom testing; users can modify custom test conditions through preset parameters.
l It is equipped with a data storage function, which can save test data in real-time during the test process and export the report via a USB disk after the test is completed.
l It supports collecting and storing current, voltage, cell voltage, and temperature data during the test process.
l Customized one-click maintenance programs for different maintenance projects of various types of lithium battery packs/modules.
l Maintenance data can be exported via a USB disk.
l It is equipped with an LCD touchscreen for displaying data of battery pack/module voltage, cell voltage, discharge current, temperature, capacity, etc.
l It has multiple intelligent interfaces, including RS485, USB, WI-FI, and Ethernet.

4、 Device Description
Cables Description
There are mainly three types of cables for IBCE-5050TL tester: Discharge-Charge Cables, Communication Harnesses, and AC Power Cord Cables.
CAN Communication Harness
Connect the special CAN communication harness to the CAN comm port of the device and the CAN comm connector of the battery pack.
AC Power Cord
Connect the AC power cord to the AC input socket of the device and the power outlet.
The device supports 110Vac/220Vac/380Vac input, however, when the charging power exceeds 2.5kW, please connect to the 380Vac input to prevent overcurrent.
